How I Skillfully Stole a Piece of Meat From the Cooking Pot
It was a sunny afternoon. One of the days when the sun shone the brightest. The clouds has completely disappeared and clothes on the line dried up in fewer hours.
As a "small" 6 year old boy, my Mum had just clothed me. The baggy shirt and skimpy trousers I never liked was forced on me. Despite my protest, there was nothing I could do.
Well Mum eventually left the house for shopping in the next street. The local market was closer to us so there was easy to get fresh foodstuffs.
Few minutes after mum left, as a stubborn boy that I was, I tip-toed towards the kitchen so no one would hear footsteps. I carefully opened the pot and dropped the cover on a napkin I had dropped on the side just to make everything 'clean’.
It was time for action, but there was a problem. 'How will I take out of this thing without anyone knowing?' 'What if Mum counted the meat before she left?' 'What if I get caught red-handed?'
You may be wondering what I was thinking about when I should've just 'do the do' and clean mouth...lol.
I was still in the kitchen with the pot of soup opened when a brilliant idea sprung up in my mind. Before I tell you what it was, let's do some introduction.
